Implement and operationalise activities relating to off-site compliance matters which include transfer of securities, direct business transactions, periodic submission and provision of CDS information to regulatory authorities of the equity market as well as registration of all participants and registered persons of the equities, derivatives, Islamic and bond markets, monitoring their continuing obligations and compliance of same on membership matters in order to facilitate fair and orderly markets

- Diploma or Degree in business related discipline, law, or economics

- Minimum of 3 years experience in the capital market

- Must have technical knowledge of the Rules of Bursa Malaysia

- Ability to express ideas concisely and clearly, orally and in writing. Good report writing skills to prepare written regulatory reports

- Possess good analytical skills

- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
